RETURNS & REFUNDS
Don't like your item? No problem! You can return your item in between 30 days. If you want to return the items, please follow the steps below:
How to return an item?
1. Send us an email through the contact center on our website with the following information:
- Order Number
- The item(s) you like to return
- The date you received the items
- Reason of return (include pictures / information if necessary)
2. Wait for a response, we first have to accept your return request. Ones we accepted your return, we will send you the address where you can return your item(s) to.
3. Send the item(s) to the given address. Always provide a tracking number to our customer care. Ones we received the item(s), we will send you an email and provide a refund.
You pay for your own return costs.
We will give a full refund if an item will not arrive. There is a 100% product delivery guarantee or you will get your money back! We will refund the money with the same method you paid with. If the item will not arrive in between 60 days after the shipment of your order, we will provide a refund. But off course we will do everything in our power to make sure you will have the product!
Return & Exchange conditions
- You have to pay for your own return costs
- You are responsible for the transmitted package.
- You can't cancel an order ones the order is placed
- Items must be unwashed / undamaged / unworn
- You can not return items without the hygienic strap
- If our customer care offers a coupon to compensate your first order, the next order with this coupon applied on will not be returnable.
- Refund will be reimbursed back to your original account
